Paladins Stun and shackle

Fix  Shield stun on paladins , i pvp with a  paladin today and he kept me most of the time in stun thats overpowered . Also shackle has a big chance , almost all the time i get it .

About stun u are right, but shackle is not OP, i am +10 shackle, and its not forking all the time, maybe 6 from 10 sometimes less... and he got good reuse, without shackle, tank is weak, and cant get mages and archers... so dont even touch shackle!

Perhaps but shield stunn chance definetly must be   lowered cause in a 1 vs 1 if a tank  uses shackle on any char and keeps him in stunn then  the char  doesnt have a chance , especially if paladin uses shield slam wich has a high chance 2 , no fighter  class has a chance against a paladin if slam  lands .

Slam Shield dont have so big chance, i used this skill like 10 times and only 1-2 times it worked, so i guess its fine... or maybe i am unlucky..   and stune is really OP, cuz in oly, every time Paladin is stunning all, and really dont have chance vs tank! :/
