Reduce the chance of cardinal's sleep , right now its 1/2 chances of landing . Cardinals with  active stone augment or other mage augments only know one thing in 1 vs 1  : sleep -> walks away -> hits 2-3 times with  augment -> sleeps again-> heals if it gets hit -> hits 2-3 times with  augment again , so it's OP cause in 1 vs 1 noone can kill it , not to meanchen in oli where only classes that stand a chance are debuffers , silencers , paralisers , sealers , the rest of classes  die . So fix it , this is the bigest mistake l2 developers made since interlude , bringing active mage augments with power 110 , Cardinals should remain as they were in the first 5 chronicles , a simple healer not top killer .
