Archer's Stunn

Archers and daggers stunn is bugged , when it lands its 100% chance of losing target  , and 40% chance to land , and when it lands it  lasts for more than 6 seconds , in a  2 vs 2  event 3 days ago  i got a stunn that lasted 9 seconds , thats OP .
